Graffiti is defined as a mark made by leaving scratches, tags, pictures, stickers, paint or damage to another person's property in any way without the owners' permission. Brisbane City Council is committed to controlling the social and financial impacts of graffiti. Council also has a range of programs to keep Brisbane graffiti free.
