Storage area - Forest Lake Community Hall
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from local community groups for the tenure of storage space at the Forest Lake Community Hall located at 60 College Avenue, Forest Lake.

The Expression of Interest period will close at midnight on Tuesday 12 December 2017.

Registration for future Expressions of Interest
When community facilities become available, Council may call for Expressions of Interest from eligible community organisations to enter into a lease or licence agreement for the land and/or facility. Council is not obliged to accept an application, but will explore all available options to assist each applicant to meet its objectives.
A panel assesses each Expression of Interest and negotiates tenure arrangements with the successful applicants.
Not for profit Associations can register on the Community Facility Waiting List to receive information when Council seeks Expressions of Interest. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation will need to be uploaded as part of this registration.
