The Brisbane Early Warning Alert Service allows residents in the Brisbane City Council Local Government Area to register for severe and urgent weather alerts via the app, email, SMS and/or home phone. Download the free app.

Council offers the Creek Flooding Alert Service to identified properties that may be affected by creek flooding in the following suburbs - Albion, Archerfield, Bardon, Boondall, Brookfield, Coorparoo, Corinda, Deagon, Doolandella, East Brisbane, Forest Lake, Greenslopes, Hemmant, Herston, Kenmore, Moorooka, Northgate, Nundah. Oxley, Rocklea, Salisbury, Windsor, Woolloongabba, Wynnum, Wynnum West and Zillmere.
